ABOUT SAGE SPA TAHOE
Sage Spa Tahoe is very different than your typical spa.
We offer unique add-on’s to your massage therapy such as cupping and nerve stimulation.
Facials are crafted using the Lake Tahoe region as inspiration and including the Sierra Flora Facial where all of the products used are handmade original herbal recipes incorporating local plants.
Energy work is offered in either a hands-on healing modality laying on a table or insight sessions sitting in a chair to bring communication where it is most needed.

Our mission is to offer high quality massage, facials, and energy work using only pure products along with offering wellness classes and the ability to make your own teas-body scrubs-bath salts while enjoying a cup of herbal tea in our artisan shop.

As a licensed Cosmetologist in my twenties along with massage and healing institute certifications in my thirties, I’ve got close to 25 years of combined experience serving clients independently and within day spas throughout California.
My Story
I absolutely get trying to heal oneself all by yourself, maybe getting some good treatments here and there but never finding that right thing or person that really sees you and along with a well experienced tool box is able to get you so much farther than anything or anyone ever did in the past.
For most of my adult life, I struggled to find the right fit for that moment or time in my life that could have the potential to transform where I was into where I could be. Of course, this took a lot of intention on my part to be able to utilize my resources well and I’m honored to use what I’ve learned and the experiences I’ve gained to help you on your healing path.

I love all things plants and herbal–creams, salves, bath salts, tinctures, supplements and most especially I’m a complete tea head–yes, I love tea so much! Just pop me into a garden or arboretum and I’m happy!
I’m a huge animal lover and have always had a set of paws close to me just as soon as I was born and today with four of them things haven’t changed much.
I am passionate about science education and have spent the past fifteen years teaching environmental and science education.
I’m blessed to have a circle of besties from middle school that are my family, cacklefest honories, despair deleters and fountain of love givers. I don’t know how I’d have gotten through anything without them. I cherish my friendships:)
I love being in the forest whether it’s hiking or skiing. It is a refuge like no other!
Music I’m convinced saved my life growing up, so I have made it a mission to replenish my vinyl collection and of course see Pearl Jam as many times as possible.
